The goal of this project is to enhance the physical space with interactivity and provide visitors, particularly families, with a memorable and functional experience during the purchase and property selection process.
To meet the project requirements, we implemented three key technologies across two distinct areas:
Interactive Wall: We created an interactive wall that showcases live updates from the project sites, allowing visitors to stay informed about the progress. Additionally, the wall enables users to browse and select from a wide range of available properties, providing stunning renders and visuals of both interior and exterior spaces. To engage younger visitors, we incorporated gamified experiences specifically designed for kids.
Interactive Digital Screen: We transformed the meeting process by utilizing an interactive digital screen. This innovative tool facilitates the sales process, making it visual, engaging, and highly effective. By leveraging this technology, sales representatives can present information in an interactive and immersive manner, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Customer Analytics: To gain valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences, we implemented advanced analytics techniques, including heatmaps. These analytics help us understand how customers interact with the showroom, allowing us to optimize the space and improve the overall experience. Furthermore, we established post-visit communication channels to maintain a personalized connection with customers, ensuring their needs are met even after leaving the showroom.
